VMOST JOSSH Workshop: Strengthening Research and Academic Publishing at HSU
To advance research and academic publishing in the social sciences and humanities, Hoa Sen University (HSU) will join forces with the Vietnam Journal of Science and Technology under the Ministry of Science and Technology (VJST-MOST) to organize a scientific workshop on preparing and submitting manuscripts to the VMOST Journal of Social Sciences and Humanities (VMOST JOSSH). The event will provide a platform for academic exchange while helping researchers explore publication opportunities.
Bringing together scientists, experts, lecturers, and research enthusiasts, the workshop will provide a platform for academic exchange and collaboration. Participants can share research findings, learn from peers’ experiences, and explore emerging directions in the social sciences and humanities.
Furthermore, the program aims to strengthen connections between the research community and VJST-MOST, while exploring approaches to attracting high-quality manuscripts and encouraging researchers to contribute their work to VMOST JOSSH.
Key Research Themes Explored at the VMOST JOSSH Workshop
Designed to support researchers throughout their academic publishing journey, the workshop will offer insights and practical guidance across four key areas:
- Connecting Research with Real-World Academic Issues: Sharing research findings and discussing topics of interest in the social sciences and humanities;
- Understanding the Research and Publishing Landscape: Using scientometric analysis to identify research trends and examine developments in scientific publishing;
- Exploring Publication Pathways with VMOST JOSSH: Discovering the journal’s scope, editorial development direction, and opportunities to submit research manuscripts; and,
- Turning Research Insights into Scholarly Contributions: Exchanging experiences to improve research quality, strengthen publication outcomes, and build lasting academic connections.
The VMOST JOSSH workshop reflects HSU and VJST-MOST’s shared commitment to advancing academic research, nurturing a vibrant culture of scholarly exchange, and creating stronger links between universities and scientific publishing organizations.
