Inspired by that journey, the Institute of English and International Integration at HSU (iEII) is bringing this spirit to students through the English workshop “CONVO MODE: ON | From Miss Universe to the HSU Auditorium”.

Special Speaker: Coach Irene Quoico

 As the Communication Coach for the Top 30 contestants of Miss Universe Vietnam, Ms. Irene Quoico helps contestants develop communication skills, stage presence, and body language confidence. She is also recognized as an international coaching expert holding an internationally accredited ICF Coach certification and a Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) Master Facilitator certification.

Three Secret Tips for 100% Practical English Training

Through hands-on activities, the workshop allows students to explore practical communication training across three core concepts:

• MINDSET – “Your Voice Matters”: Develop confidence, overcome the fear of speaking English publicly, and strengthen personal presence;
• SKILLSET – “Strategic Conversing”: Master conversation strategies to initiate discussions naturally, maintain engaging interactions, and improve active listening in multicultural environments; and,
• TOOLSET – “Dynamic Vocal & Physical Expression”: Enhance vocal delivery, pacing, pauses, and body language to build a more confident and professional communication style.

Interactive live coaching with communication experts

Beyond receiving a certificate from the HSU Institute of English and International Integration, students will also have the chance to experience live coaching on stage with the speaker, gaining real-time feedback on their voice, posture, and overall presence.
