Turning Legal Blind Spots into Startup Strengths
Every startup begins with an idea, but turning that idea into a sustainable business requires a strong legal foundation to navigate risks and protect long-term growth.
To help aspiring entrepreneurs navigate the legal side of starting a business, the Department of Science and Technology in Ho Chi Minh City, through the Startup and Innovation Hub of Ho Chi Minh City (SIHUB), partners with the Student Center at Hoa Sen University to organize a training course titled “Legal Essentials for Entrepreneurs”.
The course is delivered by Lawyer Tran Nhat Hoang, CEO of CBI Law Firm, with over 15 years of experience in corporate legal consulting.

- Business Models and Legal Considerations for Startups;
- Identifying Risks in Startup Formation and Operations;
- Legal Preparation for Fundraising and Investor Relations; and,
- Intellectual Property and Legal Protection for Businesses.
