From Research to Publication: Scopus Database Fundamentals for Academics
Aiming to boost scientific research and enhance international publishing skills, the Library at Hoa Sen University (HSU) presents a workshop: “From Research to Publication: Scopus Database Fundamentals for Academics”. Scopus Database Fundamentals for Academics”.
This workshop is designed to equip participants with foundational knowledge and practical guidance in conducting scientific research, while helping faculty and staff navigate international research and publication standards through the Scopus system.
Workshop Highlights: Overview of major scientific databases worldwide;
Introduction to the Scopus database;
Applications of Scopus in scientific research;
Understanding the role of Scopus in international publications;
Exploring the relationship between Scopus and university rankings; and,
Hands-on practice using Scopus for research purposes.
