Meditation in Neuroscience: Theory and Applications
As modern life becomes faster and more stressful, meditation is gaining attention as a powerful tool for emotional balance, stress relief, and better concentration. Yet from a neuroscience viewpoint, what changes occur in the brain when we meditate? And how is meditation being applied today in education, work, and everyday living?
The workshop “Meditation in Neuroscience: Theory and Applications” and the book launch of “Thảnh thơi cùng thiền” will offer a multifaceted perspective on mindfulness and mental health, bridging scientific research, practical experience, and real-world application.
