Graduation marks the culmination of years of learning, growth, and achievement. Before taking the stage on your special day, graduates can join the Grad Fair to make final preparations, celebrate with friends, and preserve cherished memories that will accompany you long after university life ends.

As part of the 45th Graduation Ceremony in 2026, the Grad Fair offers a one-stop experience for graduates preparing for your special day. From collecting graduation gowns and capturing Graduation Recognition Photos to receiving exclusive gifts and completing key administrative procedures, the event ensures a smooth and memorable graduation journey for every graduate.

Graduates will update your personal and career information, take part in postgraduate surveys, receive ceremony invitations, and complete all remaining graduation procedures in a convenient and celebratory setting.

In addition, each graduate will have a Graduation Recognition Photo taken to be included in the graduation ceremony announcement presentation, celebrating your academic milestone. The Organizing Committee kindly encourages graduates to prepare formal and presentable attire to ensure the most memorable photos on this special day.

PROCEDURAL PROCESS

  1. Fill out the information form;
  2. Update career status and join the Hoa Sen Alumni;
  3. Complete the postgraduate program needs survey;
  4. Pay the fee and receive a deposit receipt for the Graduation Gown;
  5. Receive the invitation to attend the Graduation Ceremony;
  6. Receive Graduation Gown;
  7. Receive gifts;
  8. Take Graduation Recognition Photo; and,
  9. Receive Graduation Degree (if applicable).

* Note: All of the above procedures will take place at Aurora Hall (Level 2). The Graduation Recognition Photo session will be conducted separately at Aurora Hall or Room 303 (Level 3), as designated by the Organizing Committee.

– Graduates are required to pay a refundable deposit of VN$700,000 for the ceremonial attire, either in cash or by bank transfer. Payments via POS machines or e-wallets are not accepted;

– Photos taken during the Graduation Recognition Photo will be featured in the slideshow presentation displayed when graduates’ names are announced during the Graduation Ceremony. Graduates are kindly encouraged to wear formal attire and maintain a neat appearance for the photo;

– Graduates who do not complete the registration process will not receive an invitation to attend the 45th Graduation Ceremony; and

– Attendance at the Grad Fair is required for graduates to be included in the roll call presentation and name announcement during the Graduation Ceremony.

IMPORTANT REMINDERS FOR THE GRAD FAIR

  1. Graduates must complete all nine steps to attend the Graduation Ceremony;
  2. Graduates are required to bring either your Student ID card or Citizen Identification Card (physical card/VNeID) to complete the registration process; and,
  3. Please carefully check the information on your graduation ceremony invitation, including the assigned morning or afternoon session according to your faculty’s official graduation schedule.

– Morning session: 08:30 – 11:30 | Afternoon session: 13:00 – 17:00

*Note: Please submit the graduate information form no later than 11:00 (morning session) or 16:00 (afternoon session).
