Hoa Sen University Partners with Emerald to Strengthen Research and International Publishing

To advance scientific research, strengthen training, and enhance international publishing capacity, Hoa Sen University (HSU) is organizing a working session with Emerald Publishing.

The program provides an opportunity for both sides to exchange perspectives on current trends in university research, particularly the shift from quantity to research quality and impact, as well as its connection to the Sustainable Development Goals. Furthermore, representatives from Emerald Publishing will also share academic resources and author support initiatives aimed at enhancing the capacity of HSU’s lecturers and researchers to publish internationally.

KEY DISCUSSION AREAS

Within the framework of the event, the two sides will explore four key areas:

– Research with Impact: Managing and evaluating research through practical impact and the Sustainable Development Goals;

– Publishing Globally: Emerald’s resources and support for international authors;

– Research at HSU: Directions, opportunities, and challenges; and,

– Publishing Beyond Borders: Collaborative opportunities for HSU’s newsletters and magazines through Emerald Publishing Services.
