Four Leadership Skills Every Future Business Leader Needs
In a business environment shaped by constant change, tomorrow’s leaders need more than technical knowledge. They must be able to envision possibilities, make sound decisions, communicate clearly, and adapt to new challenges.
Recognizing the importance of these capabilities, the Institute of International Education and Global Engagement and the Institute of English and International Integration at Hao Sen University, in collaboration with EducationUSA at the U.S. Consulate General in Ho Chi Minh City, will organize the “Four Leadership Skills Every Future Business Leader Needs” workshop. The workshop will allow HSU students to explore four essential skills for tomorrow’s business leaders: vision building, decision-making, communication, and adaptability.
