Creative Director Talk: Connecting Students with Industry Insights
Where do creative ideas begin, and how do they become solutions that meet business needs? What does it take to thrive as a creative professional in an agency, a creative studio, or a technology company? At “Creative Director Talk: Meet, Ask, Share”, participants can connect directly with experienced industry professionals, gain firsthand insights into the creative process, and explore how ideas take shape in real working environments.
Exploring the Creative Profession Through Three Perspectives
The talk features three speakers, each bringing a distinct perspective shaped by their experience in a different professional environment:
- Ms. Yen Dang, Creative Director, Hakuhodo: Sharing insights drawn from more than 14 years in Viet Nam’s advertising industry and her involvement in various creative platforms;
- Mr. Sanh Nguyen, Founder and Creative Director, InSpace Creative: Discussing the journey of building a branding studio, balancing creative vision with business operations, and developing effective client relationships; and,
- Mr. Alex Huynh, Head of Art, MoMo: Exploring how creativity and innovation take shape in a technology-driven environment, where ideas must align with data, business objectives, and design thinking.
The conversation will be facilitated by Mr. Binh Phan, Founder of BOLD Creative Training Lab and ECD at Chuo Senko. Drawing on his experience in the creative industry and agency leadership, he will bring the speakers together to explore real-world challenges, share career stories, and discuss what it takes to thrive in the creative profession.
