Communication in Work – Life
In today’s workplace, communication goes far beyond delivering information. It is a vital skill that shapes professional identity, strengthens relationships, and supports effective decision-making even under pressure.
Intending to create a meaningful space for sharing and learning, the Faculty of Languages and Psychology continues the ENGPOWER WORKSHOP SERIES – EP.5 with the theme: “COMMUNICATION IN WORK-LIFE”.
The workshop is designed with a practical case-study approach. Participants will not only listen to discussions but also engage in situations closely aligned with real-world business scenarios, where communication requires quick judgment, accuracy, and appropriate responses to different stakeholders.
WORKSHOP HIGHLIGHTS
– Practice handling media crises, negotiating with different stakeholders, and responding under time pressure through real-world FMCG-inspired scenarios;
– Apply communication tools like the Johari Window and Communication Matrix to effectively determine: Who needs what information, when, and through which platform; and,
– Strengthen strategic communication thinking for sustainable professional development.
