AI In Action For Managers: Practical AI for Better Management
Artificial intelligence (AI) is transforming business operations, decision-making, and workforce development. It is no longer just a support tool but an integral part of management, improving efficiency and creating competitive advantage.
In collaboration with AIM Academy, Hoa Sen University is hosting the workshop “AI In Action For Managers” to support managers, entrepreneurs, lecturers, and students in effectively applying AI to real-world work contexts. The session features experienced experts from technology, training, and business development fields.
Furthermore, it offers insights into current AI trends and equips participants with practical skills in designing intelligent workflows, applying AI agents, and understanding essential data security practices in today’s digital environment.

DISTINGUISHED SPEAKERS:
Mr. Phong Nguyen, Co-Founder, Immersio Learning Inc. (Canada)
With over two decades of experience in marketing, market research, and digital product development, he has built a strong career across leading organizations, including Tiger Beer Asia and TNS, where he served as Senior Marketing Manager and Research Manager. He has also contributed to more than 80 projects for multinational corporations. He is currently Co-Founder of Immersio Learning Inc. (Canada), focusing on AI-powered digital training solutions for B2B enterprises, and serves as a core instructor in VNG’s AI training programs.
Mr. Nguyen Van Hoang, Co-Founder, Embassy Language and Vietnam Alumni Mentoring
With over 15 years of experience in business and revenue development, he has built a strong leadership career in media and management. He formerly served as Deputy General Director of Lasta Multimedia Joint Stock Company, where he led advertising revenue growth and managed international content rights for “Let’s Viet”, a TV channel. For more than a decade, he has actively mentored young entrepreneurs and managers through the Vietnam Alumni Mentoring network, contributing to the development of future business leaders.
