SEA Games 33: The 2025 Vietnamese Women’s Golden Ball Winner and National Team Players Return to Hoa Sen University

On December 26, 2025, following the conclusion of the 33rd SEA Games, Ms. Nguyen Thi Bich Thuy, midfielder and online Bachelor of Business Administration student at HSU, was awarded the prestigious Vietnamese Women’s Golden Ball 2025.
More than a personal milestone, this achievement reflects her resilient and outstanding performance, bringing pride to the HSU student community and affirming the university’s ongoing commitment to accompanying students as they pursue academic success and national-level achievements.

Return to HSU following the 33rd SEA Games with Notable Achievements

On December 26, 2025, Ms. Nguyen Thi Bich Thuy, an online Bachelor of Business Administration student at Hoa Sen University (HSU), along with other HSU student-athletes, returned to HSU after months of rigorous training and wholehearted competition, proudly representing Viet Nam in Thailand.

HSU’s student-athletes made a strong mark at the 33rd SEA Games, bringing pride to the Vietnamese sports and the HSU student community:

• Ms. Nguyen Thi Bich Thuy, midfielder for the Vietnamese women’s national football team, secured the Silver Medal in women’s football;
• Ms. Le Thi Mong Tuyen, an exceptional shooter and Online Bachelor of Business Administration student at HSU, shone brightly by clinching the Gold Medal in the 10m mixed air rifle, Silver in the 10m women’s team air rifle, and Bronze in the 10m women’s individual air rifle events; and,
• Mr. Pham Huynh Phuong Nam, an athlete of the Vietnamese tug-of-war team, a student majoring in English Language Studies at HSU, won the Silver Medal in the men’s tug-of-war event (600kg).
