In this concept, staff members took on the roles of actors, delivering their performances in front of guests while handling backstage responsibilities out of sight. Though they followed a script, they stayed ready to adjust and improvise whenever surprises occurred.

Creating a complete “performance” for the client required every individual to fully grasp their role and work seamlessly with the team. This reflected how the service industry thrived on connection and teamwork rather than individual effort.
