Mr. Hoang Quoc Viet is currently the Chairman of the Board of Directors for Nguyen Hoang Group (NHG), a comprehensive educational ecosystem in Viet Nam. He also serves as the Chairman of the Advisory Board for Hoa Sen University (HSU).

In March 2025, he was elected Vice President of the National Data Association for the 2025-2030 term, a testament to his leadership in national data and digital transformation initiatives.

In his role at HSU, he guides the university’s development to become a leader in the fields of Business, Management, Technology, and Innovation.

Prof. Dr. Truong Nguyen Thanh earned his PhD in Computational Chemistry in the United States before becoming a full Professor at the University of Utah, where he taught Quantum Chemistry starting in 1992.

In 2005, he was invited back to Viet Nam to develop and establish the Ho Chi Minh City Institute of Computational Science and Technology. He then served as the institute’s director from 2007 to 2017, a role under the Department of Science and Technology of Ho Chi Minh City. In early 2017, Prof. Dr. Truong Nguyen Thanh was appointed Vice President of Hoa Sen University (HSU).

He returned to the university on February 17, 2025, to assume the role of Vice Chairman of the Advisory Board, where he is tasked with evaluating the university’s undergraduate training programs.

Dr. Nguyen Huu Lam earned a BA in Economics from the University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City, an MBA from the Asian Institute of Technology (AIT), and a PhD in Human Resource Development from Texas A&M University, USA, which he completed under a Fulbright scholarship.

With his strategic vision and dedication, he made significant contributions to the development of policy and strategy for government and international organizations. He also taught at the Fulbright Economics Teaching Program. He also led many key projects to develop leadership and management skills and improve the quality of higher education.

Dr. Nguyen Huu Lam has been instrumental in shaping the university’s future, using his role on the Advisory Council to guide strategy, enhance training quality, and expand its global vision.

Dr. Nguyen Sung holds a Bachelor of Science in Applied Computer Science in Aviation from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, with dual majors in Mathematics and Space Studies; a Master’s in Software Engineering and Software Systems from St. Thomas University; and a Ph.D. in Systems Engineering from George Washington University.

With more than 30 years of experience at leading global technology corporations, he is among the very few Vietnamese experts to have directly contributed to pioneering technology projects in the United States. He began his career at Google in 2005, during the inception of Google Enterprise (now Google Cloud), and has nearly 18 years of experience in optimizing search systems and processing large-scale data. He has also conducted research and contributed to globally influential organizations and projects, including NASA, Lockheed Martin, Data Card, and Borland Software.

As a member of the Advisory Board, he has worked to promote AI training and application at Hoa Sen University. His goals have included building an AI platform for students and integrating it into the curriculum. Through his contributions, he has positioned HSU as a leader in technology training and a pioneer in AI. He has also helped the university form strong partnerships with leading technology organizations worldwide.

Assoc. Prof. PhD. Nguyen Huu Huy Nhut is an educational administrator with nearly three decades of experience in teaching, research, and university governance. He holds a PhD in Economics from the University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City.  In 2015, he was recognized by the State Council of Professors as meeting the standards for the title of Associate Professor in Economics. Furthermore, in 2017, he was appointed by the Ministry of Home Affairs of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam to the rank of Senior Lecturer.

Throughout his career, he has held numerous key leadership roles at reputable institutions, contributing significantly to the enhancement of training quality, scientific research, and faculty development. Vice President of University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City, Director of the Human Resources Department at Nguyen Hoang Group, Vice President of Hong Bang International University, a member of the Council of Professors of University of Economics Ho Chi Minh (2016 – 2019), and Vice Chairman of the Council of Professors of BaRia – VungTau University in 2021.

Dr. Tu Minh Thien successfully defended his doctoral dissertation in Economics at the Viet Nam National University Ho Chi Minh City, the University of Economics and Law.

With nearly 40 years of senior management experience in various organizations including Van Hien University, the High-Tech Agricultural Park Management Board (AHTP), the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development of Ho Chi Minh City, the Ho Chi Minh City Agricultural Consultancy and Support Center (HCACS), the Ho Chi Minh City Investment and Trade Promotion Center (ITPC), Pacific Asia International Development Services Company… and numerous related associations.

With over 10 years of experience in accounting and auditing, Ms. Tran Thi Dieu Huyen has served as the Audit Team Leader at Deloitte Vietnam and Chief Accountant at Thap Vang BTS and Anova Thanh Nhon. Since 2018, she has been dedicated to Nguyen Hoang Education Group and Hoa Sen University.

MA. Doan Ngoc Duy earned a Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia Design from RMIT University Vietnam, receiving the President’s Award 2013. He completed a Master’s degree in Digital Media and Society at Cardiff University, United Kingdom, with an unconditional scholarship for outstanding academic achievement. He is currently pursuing a Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) – Business Analytics at Golden Gate University, USA.

Since 2007, he has accumulated 18 years of experience in Creative, Product Development, and Marketing, holding key positions such as Chief Growth Officer at Ba Huan Corporation, Chief Marketing and Sales Officer at Cat Tuong Group, and leadership roles at major companies like Sacombank and Biti’s. He has also been a lecturer at universities since 2013, including Hoa Sen University, Ho Chi Minh City University of Architecture, and the University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City.

Additionally, he actively participates in sustainable community development projects, notably the Mural Village Project in Cao Lanh, Dong Thap, funded by the Australian Government, demonstrating his strong commitment to sustainable community growth.

MSc. Truong Hoang Nhut successfully defended his master’s thesis at the University of Information Technology, Vietnam National University Ho Chi Minh City and has been working in the field of information technology.

With over 15 years of experience at Hoa Sen University, Mr. Nhut has held important positions such as Head of the Information Technology Department, Head of Project Office, and Lecturer.

MA. Pham Doan Nguyen successfully defended his master’s thesis in Business Administration at the University of Economics and Finance, Ho Chi Minh City, and has over 20 years of experience in the field of education.

He has held key positions such as Director of the Center of Skills Development and Career Orientation at UEF and concurrently Chairman of the School Union, Deputy Head of Admissions at HUTECH, and Director of the Training and Human Resource Supply Center at SITC.

MHRM. Nguyen Hai Ninh graduated with a degree in Information Technology Engineering from Hanoi University of Science and Technology and holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Canberra, Australia.

He has over 20 years of experience in the education sector, working at various institutions such as the Organization Commission of the Central Committee of the Communist Party and Nguyen Hoang Group.
