International Accreditation – Germany

On April 10, 2025, Hoa Sen University officially achieved institutional accreditation according to European university quality standards – ASIIN (Germany), becoming the first private university and the second university in Vietnam to achieve this international accreditation. This is a major step forward in HSU’s journey to international standards, fully meeting 4 criteria: Governance and Strategic Objectives, Study Programs and Student Support, Resource Management and Staff Development, and Transparency and Documentation.

Advantages of studying in an accredited program

• HSU students possess a clear competitive advantage in the domestic and international labor market. In 2024, over 90% of HSU students were employed immediately after graduation and were highly praised by businesses for their proactivity, expertise, and integration ability.
• Students will have increased opportunities to receive international scholarships, transfer credits, and participate in international exchange programs recognized by European universities.
• Achieving ASIIN accreditation helps HSU expand its cooperative relationships with prestigious universities in Europe, attracting partners, international students, and businesses for training and recruitment collaboration.

AUN-QA Quality Accreditation

As of 2025, HSU has 12 majors that have received AUN-QA quality certification (a set of standards issued by the ASEAN University Network), of which the Faculty of Information Technology has two: Information Technology and Software Engineering. The program is comprehensively evaluated in a closed-loop process from objectives, design, teaching, and assessment activities to learning outcomes.
