| Administration | 100% |
| 1. Relocation service for the Expats as Working with vendor to do Work Permit, Visa, etc… | |
| 2. Business trip support (Flight/hotel/Visa) for CEO | |
| 3. Support, coordinate with team to organize/ support the internal events. | |
| 4. Handle office admin payment requests and expense reports. | |
| 5.Vendor Management: liaise and manage service providers (vendors) concerning administration issues. | |
| 6. Manage and arrange office devices, assets, meeting rooms as required by Line Manager | |
| 7. Serve Coffee/ Food as BOD requirements | |
| 8. Other ad hoc task per assigned by Line Manager | |
