- Support employer branding activities to increase awareness of company branding in the labor market successfully
- Provide administrative support to HR Team in daily operation tasks, arrangement of employee documentation
- Support recruitment activities to ensure that talent is identified for open roles
2. Employer Branding:
- Monitor and develop social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin, Zalo, YouTube, Tik Tok,...) including posts and contents, designs, responses,...
- Create/write contents and edit videos for posting social networks and channels.
- Support in delivering employee engagement and communication.
03. Mass recruitment:
- Ensure recruitment in sufficient quantity, time and quality for all projects.
- Coordinate with Project Manager to forecast demand and make recruitment plan, organize casting and train staff of project before taking the tasks.
