Last Tuesday, 100 students at Hoa Sen University has welcomed Dialectica company at the career talk at Hoa Sen University. The guest speakers have delivered a great introduction about the company, the business, the culture, and values. They shared excellent knowledge and experience on a very interesting topic – personal branding for career success with a lot of tips and examples on how to build a strong personal brand and stand out in the job market.
In the end, there was an interative mock interview session with around 20 students. There were many useful feedback and advice on how to improve their interview skills and impress the recruiters. Dialectica’s professionalism, enthusiasm, and passion have impressed the students and the faculty members. The students were also very engaged, curious and enthusiastic. They asked many insightful questions and shared their own experiences and aspirations.
