Financial analysis is the process of using appropriate analytical techniques to process documents from financial statements and other documents, to form a system of financial indicators to assess the current economic situation and predict future financial potential. This process can be done in different ways depending on the analyst’s goals.

However, Financial analysis concerns managers due to changes in economic-financial policies, differences in analytical views, the ability to collect and process financial data, etc. Which analytical method to apply to create an overall picture of an enterprise’s financial performance is a problem for analysts.
