Candidates who register for online admission information, print the admission registration form at the link http://xettuyen.hoasen.edu.vn. Candidates submit admission documents (hardcopy) to the University in the following ways:

1. Direct registration: Room 001, Hall G, Hoa Sen University, 08 Nguyen Van Trang Street, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City.
2. Email submission: Candidates scan the Admission Registration Form and Academic Transcript and send them to the email address: xettuyen@hoasen.edu.vn. Candidates clearly state the information in the email subject “Admission Registration: Admission Form Number – Full Name”.
3. Postal submission: Candidates clearly write on the envelope: “Admission Registration”. Address: Undergraduate Training Department, Hoa Sen University, 08 Nguyen Van Trang Street, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City.
