Hoa Sen University collaborates with Vietcap to expand career opportunities for students

In the context of rapid digital transformation, Hoa Sen University has officially partnered with Vietcap Securities Joint Stock Company, marking a new milestone in creating learning, experiential, and career opportunities for students of the Faculty of Finance and Banking.

Connecting education with practice

On May 14, 2025, the signing ceremony of the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between Hoa Sen University and Vietcap Securities Joint Stock Company – one of the leading enterprises in the field of finance and securities investment in Vietnam – officially took place, with the presence of representatives from Nguyen Hoang Group, the University’s leadership, and the Company’s representatives.

In the context of a constantly evolving financial and investment market, integrating businesses into the training process helps promptly update industry trends and create a multidimensional learning environment where students can develop analytical thinking, adaptability, and professional resilience early on. This is how Hoa Sen University proactively builds a comprehensive learning ecosystem, where every practical experience contributes to shaping students’ long-term career journeys.

Speaking at the ceremony, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Phung Thai Minh Trang – Dean of the Faculty of Finance and Banking – stated:
“We believe that early exposure to the corporate environment will help students develop financial analytical thinking, decision-making skills, and confidence in their career journey. Today’s event is not merely a signing ceremony, but the starting point of a long-term collaboration between Hoa Sen and Vietcap, aimed at fostering the comprehensive development of students’ competencies.”

Within the framework of the cooperation, Hoa Sen University and Vietcap will jointly implement various practical activities:

• Sponsoring scholarships and academic competitions for students of the Faculty of Finance and Banking;
• Providing equipment and expertise support for the Finance and Investment Practice Lab at the University;
• Collaborating in the implementation of the “Talented Students” program, where students receive paid internships and direct mentorship from Vietcap experts;
• Sharing teaching resources and supporting the enhancement of specialized training programs.
