Conference “Gathering opinions on the Bachelor of Law program”

To complete the “Bachelor of Law Training Program”, on September 12, 2020, the Faculty of Law – Hoa Sen University organized a Workshop “Gaining Opinions on the Bachelor of Law Training Program” with the participation of many representatives from the Civil Judgment Enforcement Department, law firms, lawyer offices, bailiff offices, notary offices, and employers related to the law industry. 

This conference focuses mainly on initially gathering opinions on the content of the training program to prepare for the opening of the Economic Law major – Digital Business Law major and the International Law major – Commercial Law major. International. The conference is known as one of the series of events with particularly important significance in the development strategy of Hoa Sen University.

The conference received many comments from experts in all fields of legal work. Most opinions believe that the need for human resources in the legal industry is currently very necessary, especially in the context of the economy gradually shifting to a digital economy and Vietnam continuously joining bilateral international agreements. and multilateral such as BTA, EVFTA, CPTPP, etc. Therefore, opening two training majors: Economic Law (majoring in Digital Business Law) and International Law (majoring in International Trade Law) is completely appropriate. with training trends and human resource needs of society in the integration period. Therefore, Hoa Sen University’s Faculty of Law is proud to be a pioneer in training the first generation of Law graduates majoring in Digital Business Law in Vietnam.

After many hours of active discussion between experts and representatives of the Faculty of Law, the comments have been recognized by the Faculty of Law and will be considered to complete the training program to best meet actual needs. of society.
