Dr. NGUYEN THI MY HANH – DEPUTY HEAD OF THE FACULTY OF LAW

Dr. Nguyen Thi My Hanh graduated with a Ph.D in Law (French Republic) and has many years of experience working in public and private agencies in France and Vietnam such as:

•  Real Estate Announcement Office – Lyon Public Administration Center, France.
•  Corporate Tax Department – Lyon City, France.
•  Assistant Director – ABIS short-term training company, Paris, France.
•  Lecturer at University of Economics and Law, Vietnam National University, Ho Chi Minh City. HCM.
•  Visiting lecturer at Paris Sorbonne University Master’s Program.
•  Senior Advisor – UpCounsel Law Firm, City. HCM, Vietnam.

She is a founding member of the HSU Faculty of Law; Head of the Project Board to open two Law majors: Economic Law major – specializing in Digital Business Law and International Law major – specializing in International Trade Law; and author of many prestigious scientific articles.
During the past school year, she successfully organized the “Excellent Law Students” contest for the first time at HSU, attracting many students from other majors to participate.
She implements important and groundbreaking strategies aimed at student care such as:

•  Cognitive internship program for 2nd year students majoring in Law.
•  Exchange and sign cooperation agreements with many domestic and foreign partners to prepare an experiential environment for future Law students: 7 domestic enterprises, 2 multinational enterprises, 2 foreign enterprises
•  International student exchange program for students with good professional capacity and good foreign language to exchange students with Paris Sorbonne University, Cambodia Royal University of Law and Economics…

In addition to activities for students, she also actively participates in activities organized by the school such as March 8, November 20… and she won the Ao Dai award in the Fragrant Lotus Contest.
