The Mayora Development Program 2026 (MDP 2026) invites ambitious young talents to start their journey toward becoming future Sales Leaders.

2. Participate hands-on in real market business activities;

The program is looking for candidates who:

1. Are recent graduates or have less than one year of experience in Sales (General Trade / Modern Trade);
2. Have a GPA of 6.5/10 or equivalent;
3. Are willing to work across multiple locations nationwide;
4. Communicate effectively in spoken English;
5. Bring energy, curiosity, and a passion to learn; and,
6. Show leadership potential and a strong determination to overcome challenges
