The 12th Luong Van Can Award: Cultivating Business Excellence Among HSU Students

Honoring the enduring legacy of patriot and educator Luong Van Can, the architect of Viet Nam’s “Thương Đức – Thương Học – Thương Tài” philosophy (suggested translation: Ethical Foundations, Intellectual Development, and Entrepreneurial Competence), the Luong Van Can Award plays an active role in discovering and developing young business talents who pursue ethical and sustainable value creation for society.

Rooted in “Tâm trung thực – Đạo công bằng” (suggested translation: Integrity at Heart and Justice in Action), the Award celebrates not only business excellence but also the ethical mindset that enables entrepreneurs to earn trust and create lasting value for the community.

 The Award has officially launched, and Hoa Sen University invites final-year students who are passionate about business, leadership, and social contribution to register for consideration.

Target participants:

1. HSU final-year students;
2. Individuals with a passion for business, entrepreneurial drive, and leadership skills; and,
3. Candidates aspiring to contribute to sustainable business growth and social development.

1. Launching of the Awards: 11/18/2025
2. Deadline for student application submissions at HSU: 15:00 on 25/12/2025
3. Deadline for nominations to the Organizing Committee: 31/12/2025
4. Honoring the Top 20 Talents of the Luong Van Can Award: October 2026

Document Preparation:

Students should prepare a complete set of documents, including:

1. Candidate profile form following the Organizing Committee’s template (Form 02): here;
2. Evidence of scientific research activities (if any);
3. Proof of participation in community and social activities; and,
4. Participation certificates (startup, academic, creative, business, etc.).
