In the digital era, a media crisis can ignite in seconds, from one statement, action, or piece of information spreading uncontrollably. At such times, a brand’s image and its long-established reputation are severely challenged.

Aiming to equip students and offer media professionals with a deeper understanding of media crises and practical response skills, the Faculty of Marketing – Communication, Hoa Sen University (HSU), will organize a seminar on “Media Crisis – A Test of Brand Resilience”.

Distinguished speakers: The seminar will feature presentations by seasoned experts in marketing and brand management, including:

  • Ms. Le Thuy Truc Ngu, Marketing Manager, Van Hanh Mall; and,
  • Mr. Ha Cao Thao, Former Deputy Director of Communications & Brand Management, NovaGroup.

Through real-world case studies, the speakers will explore how media crises develop and affect brands, and share practical experience in crafting crisis management plans, restoring reputations, and reinforcing public trust.
