Mindfulness Every Day, A Fuller Life Always
In the context of modern society, rising pressures related to education, employment, and emotional well-being have highlighted the growing importance of mental health care. Mindfulness is regarded as an evidence-based practice that has been extensively studied and applied to enhance attention, emotional regulation, and psychological well-being in everyday life.
To create a space for learning, experiential practice, and meaningful connection for individuals interested in mindfulness and mental health, the Institute of Psychology, Faculty of Languages – Psychology, Hoa Sen University, in collaboration with Mindful Self-Compassion, is organizing a workshop with the theme: “Mindfulness Every Day, A Fuller Life Always”.
Target participants:
– Psychology program students;
– Lecturers and psychotherapists; and,
– Individuals interested in Mindfulness and mental health care.
Workshop Highlights
– Discover the fundamentals of mindfulness and how it can be applied in everyday life;
– Experience mindfulness through meditation, mindful walking, and emotional awareness exercises; and,
– Share reflections and explore practical ways to maintain mindfulness practice daily.
The workshop features seasoned speakers in the fields of Mindfulness and applied psychology:
– Dr. Mitchell Ratner, Mindfulness Leader: A disciple who received the lineage from Thich Nhat Hanh in 2001, he is the co-founder of The Still Water Mindfulness Practice Center, USA. He has many years of experience in teaching, research, and writing on mindfulness, mindful communication, and mental health.
– Ms. Nguyen Hoang Chieu Anh, MA: Co-founder and program developer of the Self-Compassion Community in Viet Nam. She instructs courses on self-compassion, mindful parenting, and effective self-leadership.
The workshop “Mindfulness Every Day, A Fuller Life Always” encourages participants to explore mindfulness through scientific insights and hands-on practice, helping to enhance awareness of mental health in study, work, and daily routines.
