BUSINESS CAFE: Decoding the “Management Whirlwind” in Modern Businesses
At different stages of development, businesses inevitably deal with moments of intense transformation, whether driven by growth pressures, restructuring, or critical decisions. Such moments create what is often called a “management whirlwind”, a challenge no leader can avoid.
Drawing inspiration from Prof. Phan Van Truong’s book “Cơn lốc Quản trị” (suggested translation: The Management Whirlwind), the Business Cafe on March 20, 2026, brings practical perspectives to help entrepreneurs and managers navigate and lead in an ever-changing business landscape. The discussion centers on:
- Cultivating and sustaining organizational culture;
- Improving internal communication effectiveness; and,
- Reinforcing leadership during times of uncertainty.
The program features a keynote presentation by Prof. Phan Van Truong, hosted by Mr. Lam Tri Thuan, reporter, together with Ms. Trang Nguyen.
The event, organized by the Saigon Businessmen Club – Chapter 1 in collaboration with Hoa Sen University, creates a dynamic platform for the business community to connect, share management insights, and unlock new opportunities for collaboration.
