“ASEAN AI Hackathon 2026” – Empowering AI Innovation for a Sustainable ASEAN
The ASEAN AI Hackathon 2026, organized by Passage to ASEAN (P2A) in partnership with the ASEAN AI Council (AAIC), is a regional initiative that empowers young innovators across Southeast Asia to drive creativity and advance AI-driven solutions.
ASEAN AI Hackathon 2026, under the theme “AI for a Resilient ASEAN: Innovation, Sustainability, and Humanity”, is a regional AI competition that promotes responsible innovation, interdisciplinary thinking, and cooperation within ASEAN.

- A fully funded Finals experience in Da Nang for outstanding teams;
- Direct mentorship from industry experts at world-class technology companies such as Google, Samsung, and Alibaba;
- International networking opportunities across 150+ ASEAN universities; and,

- Climate Change Resilience;
- Public Health & Telemedicine;
- Smart City; and,
- AI for Education.
Eligibility Criteria: Undergraduate students from P2A member universities or young individuals aged 18 – 25 within the ASEAN region.
