We’re a Singapore-based Executive Search practice specializing in investing, strategy, and C-suite hiring for PE and VC funds across APAC.
We are expanding our Vietnam team and looking to hire Executive Search Interns to join our team. This is a three-month paid internship (remote) with the potential to transition into a full-time role based on performance.

About the Role
As an Executive Search Intern, you will:
- Assist in managing executive search mandates globally
- Conduct market research and gather competitive intelligence on industries and talent pools
- Support in designing talent search strategies and candidate mapping
- Get hands-on exposure to end-to-end recruitment: from sourcing to shortlisting to negotiation
- Collaborate with consultants on client strategy and relationship management
- Contribute to business development and brand-building initiatives in the region
Ideal Candidate Profile

- A strong academic record and involvement in meaningful extracurriculars
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills
