The program offers an international standard learning experience right in Vietnam, ensuring students have access to the curriculum, assessment standards, and modern training methodologies used in the United Kingdom.
Graduates receive an international Bachelor’s degree awarded by De Montfort University, which is fully equivalent to the degree obtained by students studying directly at the main campus in Leicester – but at a cost of only 1/5 compared to a full-time study abroad program in the UK.

Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyễn Hữu Huy Nhựt is an educational administrator with nearly three decades dedicated to teaching, research, and university administration. He earned his PhD in Economics from the University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City. In 2015, he was recognized by the State Council for Professorship as meeting the standards for the title of Associate Professor in Economics, and in 2017, he was appointed by the Ministry of Home Affairs to the rank of Senior Lecturer.
Throughout his career, Assoc. Dr. Le Van Ut earned his PhD with top honors from the University of Oulu (Finland) and completed postdoctoral research at the University of Oulu and Pierre & Marie Curie University (France).
After returning to Viet Nam, he conducted research at the Saigon Institute for Computational Science and Technology in Ho Chi Minh City. After that, he worked at Ton Duc Thang University for 10 years, holding many important positions in the field of scientific research development and management, including Head of the Department for Management of Science and Technology Development, and Director of the Foundation for Science and Technology. During this time, he actively contributed to numerous strategic initiatives at the University, including research on scientific governance policies and university ranking strategies, overseeing rankings and international accreditation, developing and managing international scientific journals, building expert teams, and engaging in various academic and administrative activities.
Subsequently, he actively contributed for four years at Van Lang University as Assistant to the Chairman of the University Board for Research Affairs, simultaneously serving in several senior research governance roles, including Chairman of the Research Ethics Committee, Chairman of the Research Integrity Council, Director of the Office of Research Compliance, and Head of the Research Group of Scientometrics and Research Administration Policies.

With more than 10 years of experience in accounting and auditing, Ms. Tran Thi Dieu Huyen previously held the position of Audit Team Leader at Deloitte Vietnam, and served as Chief Accountant at Golden Tower BTS and Anova Thanh Nhon. Since 2018, she has been associated with the Nguyen Hoang Education Group and Hoa Sen University.

Dr. Ian had a successful career in sales management in London before transitioning to higher education after completing his MBA. He led international programs at Aberystwyth University and Swansea University, then joined De Montfort University as Associate Dean for International in 2019, where he also taught Management Skills and was appointed as a Visiting Professor at Beijing City University.

Neil Hart is the Deputy Director of Transnational Education (TNE) within the Global Partnerships Unit (GPU). He oversees the University’s transnational education activities.
Neil joined De Montfort University (DMU) in 2021 and has worked in Higher Education since 1996, with more than a decade of experience establishing and managing UK-based international partnerships for Staffordshire University and Coventry University.
He has lived and worked in several sub-Saharan African countries, including Zimbabwe, South Africa, and the Democratic Republic of the Congo, and began his career in education as a volunteer Physics teacher with Voluntary Services Overseas (VSO) in the Western Region of Ghana.
Neil holds a Doctorate in Engineering and is a Senior Fellow of the Higher Education Academy.

Dr. Simon Hill earned his Ph.D. from Coventry University (UK) and is a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (UK). He currently serves as Senior Lecturer and Programme Leader for internationally delivered programmes at De Montfort University (DMU), leading a team of 28 academic staff to deliver enterprise education to over 2,000 students. Combining extensive real-world experience as an entrepreneur with academic leadership, he has managed EU-funded ERASMUS+ research projects and served as an External Examiner for UK universities. Dr. Jiayi Wang earned her Ph.D. in Intercultural Communication from the University of Warwick and holds an EMBA from the University of Cambridge. She currently serves as Associate Professor and Acting Associate Dean International within the Faculty of Arts, Design and Humanities at De Montfort University (DMU, UK). Her expertise spans intercultural communication, transnational education (TNE), pragmatics, and applied linguistics, with extensively published research in top-tier journals such as Higher Education Quarterly, Journal of Pragmatics, and through Cambridge University Press. Duncan Hepworth works as Partnership Development Manager within the Global Partnership Unit and is responsible for identifying and developing new Transnational Education Partnerships. Duncan’s geographic area includes Africa, South East and East Asia and the Americas.
Duncan has over 20 years’ experience within the education sector both in the UK and overseas and has been with DMU since December 2017.
Before working at DMU, Duncan has worked in international higher and secondary education recruitment with education institutions and recruitment agents around the world for over five years.

I am Dr. Nguyen Tien Thinh (Ray), currently serving as a Lecturer at De Montfort University (DMU, UK), where I teach Microeconomics, Fundamentals of Business, and Multinational Enterprises in the Global Economy. In my teaching, I strive to integrate academic knowledge with practical business applications, preparing students for successful international careers. I also hold the position of Director of the International Business Program at Hoa Sen University, where I oversee curriculum development, academic planning, and industry collaboration. I earned my Ph.D. in International Business from the National Kaohsiung University of Science and Technology (Taiwan). Following my doctoral studies, I worked as a Postdoctoral Researcher at the same university, conducting applied research in international business, data analysis, and machine learning. I also hold an International MBA (IMBA) from I-Shou University, Taiwan.
