With a Gross Merchandise Value (GMV) of US$6 billion in 2024, the market was projected to reach US$11 billion by 2030. This favorable context provides an ideal opportunity for the Faculty of Marketing – Communications to establish itself as a leading training unit in Management and Creativity. The faculty aims to provide skilled professionals in Marketing, Digital Marketing, and Communications to meet industry demands and contribute to the overall development of the country.

The Faculty of Marketing – Communications stands out due to its unique focus on Management and Creativity, bridging the gap between international academic knowledge and hands-on, practical experience. With 5 key training majors: Marketing, Digital Marketing, Media Production – Management, Public Relations, and Multimedia Communications, students are not only equipped with a solid foundation of management knowledge, but also develop professional skills and creativity, key factors to adapt quickly in the modern media environment.

The Faculty’s curriculum is based on programs from renowned international universities. Its Marketing major has even been accredited by ACBSP (USA), a testament to HSU’s prestigious global academic quality. The programs combine this strong academic foundation with a focus on practical learning through simulation classes, real-world projects, specialized competitions, and workshops with leading experts.

Additionally, the teaching staff includes not only lecturers with extensive academic knowledge but also industry experts and senior managers with many years of experience at multinational and domestic corporations. This combination of skills helps students master strategic thinking, stay abreast of the latest market trends, clearly define their career path, and connect directly with businesses. As a result, a remarkable 95% of students secured employment before graduation, according to June 2025 statistics from the Center of Student Experience and Employment at Hoa Sen University. Many students were even recruited as early as their third year by top agencies, media corporations, television stations, and international companies.
