Hoa Sen University Strengthens Cooperation with Korean Partners in Education, Technology, and International Resource Connectivity

Ho Chi Minh City, January 8, 2026 Hoa Sen University held a working session with a delegation of Korean partners to discuss cooperation orientations in education, scientific research, technology, and human resource development in the context of international integration.
The meeting was conducted in a formal and open atmosphere, focusing on strategic cooperation contents aimed at effectively connecting universities, educational organizations, enterprises, and international networks.

Representing the Korean delegation were:
Park Bong Kyu – Founder and Chairman of the Korea CEO Summit; Founder and Chairman of the CICON Association.
Lim Hee-yoon – Chairman, GRC Holdings Co., Ltd.
Lim Hee-jung – Chief Executive Officer (CEO), GRC Global Co., Ltd

The meeting was also attended by Honorary Dr. Nguyễn Quỳnh Như, who serves as a representative facilitating cooperation between the two partners. Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyễn Tuấn Đức, Vice President of Hoa Sen University, together with leaders of the University’s units, participated in the meeting and welcomed the Korean delegation.

During the meeting, both sides focused on the goal of connecting and leveraging human, material, and intellectual resources between Vietnam and Korea through cooperation among organizations, Korean universities (including Daejin University), and Korean enterprises such as GRC Holdings.

The main cooperation areas discussed included:
• Establishing a foundation for Vietnam–Korea cultural exchange through education, contributing to enhanced mutual understanding, academic exchange, and long-term cooperation between the two countries.
• Promoting cooperation in training and research on advanced technologies, particularly in fields such as artificial intelligence (AI), blockchain, and Web 3.0, aligned with the development needs of industry and society.
• Expanding international exchange activities, including cultural exchange programs, conferences, academic seminars, and partnerships between universities in Vietnam and Korea.
• Fostering global talent development and expanding startup networks, toward building a cooperative ecosystem linking universities, enterprises, and international organizations.

Future Cooperation Orientation
Through the working session, the parties agreed to continue in-depth discussions on specific cooperation programs, joint projects, and appropriate implementation models based on each party’s strengths. Hoa Sen University reaffirmed its role as a key connector between international educational institutions and enterprises, contributing to the promotion of practical, sustainable cooperation that delivers long-term value to learners.
The meeting marked an important initial step, laying a foundation for expanding Hoa Sen University’s international cooperation activities in the coming period, in line with the University’s integration and development strategy.
