DMU–HSU Students Visit and Learn at Netpost Express Joint Stock Company
As part of a series of experiential activities, students from the DMU–HSU international joint program had an exciting field trip to Netpost Express Joint Stock Company—one of Vietnam’s leading express delivery enterprises with a nationwide service network and continuous innovation in technology to enhance customer experience.
Inspiring Learning Motivation
The main goal of the trip was to provide students with practical exposure to the operations of a logistics business, thereby sparking greater interest in their upcoming academic journey. At Netpost, students were introduced to the company’s history, development strategy, and the challenges within the express delivery sector.
They also gained insights into the end-to-end operation process—from receiving and sorting to transportation and final delivery—along with the IT systems Netpost uses to manage and optimize its services. These lessons were vividly illustrated through on-site experiences at the warehouse, sorting center, and control room.
Learning from Business Practices
A highlight of the visit was a sharing session with Netpost’s leaders and employees. DMU–HSU students had the opportunity to ask questions on topics such as supply chain management, technology adoption in logistics, competitive strategies in the dynamic delivery market, and the essential skills required to succeed in the industry.
Through these exchanges, students not only deepened their understanding of theoretical knowledge but also learned about the spirit of innovation, adaptability, and customer-centric thinking—key factors for success in modern enterprises.
