From HSU to the Big Four: Graduate Lands Prestigious Role Immediately After Graduation

Ms. Vo Thuy Trang, a Hoa Sen University Accounting alumna, quickly made her mark by securing a position at KPMG Vietnam, one of the world’s four leading auditing firms (the Big4), immediately upon graduation. Not stopping there, she then continued to advance her career at Suntory Pepsico Vietnam Beverage as a Financial Planning Manager – Non-Traditional Trade.

An Outstanding Journey from HSU to Dream Job

Ms. Vo Thuy Trang, a graduate of Hoa Sen University’s 15th Accounting class, completed the program in just 3.5 years, six months ahead of the standard time. Immediately after graduating, she was recruited by KPMG Vietnam, beginning her career at one of the world’s four most prestigious auditing firms.

According to June 2025 statistics from the Center of Student Experience and Employment at HSU, the Accounting program recorded a 100% employment rate, with 50% of graduates working in international and foreign-owned businesses. This accomplishment underscores the effectiveness of our integrated curriculum, which is further amplified by the collaborative efforts of our dedicated teaching staff and motivated students.
