ASIIN Programme Accreditation (Germany)

On April 10, 2025, Hoa Sen University achieved institutional accreditation under European quality standards from ASIIN (Germany), becoming the first private and second university in Vietnam to earn this prestigious recognition. This milestone highlights HSU’s progress toward international stature, attained by meeting four criteria: Governance and Strategic Objectives, Study Programs and Student Support, Resource Management and Staff Development, and Transparency and Documentation.

  • HSU students have a clear competitive advantage in the domestic and international labor market. Over 90% of HSU students found jobs immediately after graduating in 2024 and were highly regarded by employers for their initiative, specialized knowledge, and integration capabilities. 
  • Students have greater opportunities to receive international scholarships, credit transfer, and join exchange programs recognized by schools in Europe.
  • The implementation of ASIIN accreditation contributes to HSU’s expanding cooperation with prestigious universities in Europe, attracting partners, international students, and businesses to cooperate in training and recruitment.

NEAS Programme Accreditation (Australia)

For three consecutive years, HSU has proudly stood as the only university in Viet Nam to receive NEAS quality certification (the National English Language Teaching Accreditation Scheme of Australia) for its International English Communication Program. To achieve this prestigious certification, HSU underwent a rigorous 5-month evaluation process with 5 groups of evaluation criteria. In particular, HSU was certified to meet the standards of Teaching and Learning Activities, Learning Environment, Training Management, Student Support Services, etc.

  • The program is structured into 5 levels, with all lectures and exercises delivered entirely in English. This comprehensive approach covers all four skills (listening, speaking, reading, and writing), preparing students to meet both university course requirements and future job demands.
  • Moreover, students must have a solid grasp of English and foundational knowledge to excel in advanced studies, sharpen specialized skills, and communicate confidently in diverse domestic and global workplaces.
  • The program also has extracurricular activities that are vividly designed and suitable for each level to improve students’ listening, speaking, reading, writing skills, as well as other necessary soft skills.
  • Especially, English teachers regularly attend training and professional development courses organized by NEAS, contributing to improving teaching quality.

FIBAA Programme Accreditation (Switzerland)

After a rigorous evaluation of more than 50 criteria – covering training quality, faculty, practical application, facilities, and student support – HSU’s English Language Studies program received quality accreditation from FIBAA, a Swiss organization for educational quality assurance. This milestone affirms the program’s commitment to international standards, opening global academic and career opportunities for future Hoa Sen students.

  • The training program complies with the European ESG Standards and is compatible with the European Credit Transfer and Accumulation System (ECTS).

AUN Quality Assessment (Southeast Asia)

Until 2025, HSU has been steadily working towards having 12 majors certified by AUN-QA (ASEAN University Network-Quality Assurance). The English Language Studies program is particularly notable as the only one to achieve certification at both Bachelor’s and Master’s levels. From objectives and design to teaching, testing, and learning outcomes, the program is comprehensively evaluated via a closed process.
