Experiential business learning
The Economic Law major focuses on training in-depth legal knowledge in the business environment, such as Commercial Law and International Business, Tax Law, and Labor Law. Students learn by applying their knowledge to real-life legal situations, simulating business-related incidents in the on-campus Trial Practice Room.

Through two required internships, students gain hands-on experience and hone their professional skills by handling legal situations in real-world settings. These internships are offered at state agencies, the Department of Justice, the Bar Association, or reputable law firms.

The program equips students with the ability to apply their knowledge of Corporate Law, Civil Law, agreements, and investments to analyze complex legal issues. Logical and systematic thinking in legal reasoning, risk assessment, and proposing appropriate solutions in the context of business operations and corporate governance.

Students are able to analyze and resolve practical legal situations; advise and develop appropriate legal solutions in economic activities. Students are proficient in legal drafting, litigation, negotiation, and teamwork. They also possess the ability to communicate in English and use legal technology effectively.
