The program provides a comprehensive knowledge system regarding the legal framework for electronic transactions, intellectual property in the digital environment, and cybersecurity. Students will gain a profound mastery of regulations concerning digital assets, cryptocurrencies, and user data governance. Emphasis is placed on the ability to apply legal principles to address emerging challenges arising from Artificial Intelligence (AI), the sharing economy, and cross-border e-commerce.
Practical skills
The program focuses on developing specialized legal advisory skills for tech startups and digital enterprises. Students are trained in the proficiency of drafting Terms of Service (ToS), privacy policies, and negotiating contracts within the digital ecosystem, as well as Online Dispute Resolution (ODR). Notably, the curriculum emphasizes legal risk analysis for emerging business models where specific legal regulations have yet to be established.
