Anticipating this global trend, the Faculty of Hospitality at Hoa Sen University offers five internationally standardized programs, closely aligned with the practical demands of the labor market. As a result, generations of our students have successfully demonstrated their competencies in four- and five-star hotels, restaurants, and resorts, as well as secured positions in international enterprises abroad.

The Faculty of Hospitality proudly brings together a team of lecturers with extensive practical experience and profound expertise in the fields of tourism, hospitality, and restaurant management, who continuously update themselves with the latest global trends. Beyond delivering knowledge, our lecturers serve as dedicated career mentors, equipping students with essential skills drawn from their own professional experiences at leading enterprises. This ensures that graduates are confident in demonstrating their capabilities within the international service environment.
Alongside academic activities, the Faculty of Hospitality regularly organizes cultural, recreational, and volunteer initiatives to provide students with an environment where they can freely express their youthful energy while strengthening the bond between lecturers, staff, and students. Among these, signature student-led projects have become inseparable from the identity of HSU’s Faculty of Hospitality.
Students proudly own “The Future Chef Contest”, a prestigious competition with a 12-year legacy that grew from a university-level project into a nationwide event attracting over 10,000 young culinary enthusiasts and setting a Vietnam Guinness Record in 2022. The “I-Hotelier” competition has nurtured young talents in the hospitality sector for nearly two decades. The “I-Bartender” contest brings together international judges and participants, while “The Guiding Star” competition spotlights talented young tour guides. Many other projects and contests have provided a platform for students to shine, with some even becoming young founders, establishing their own businesses while still at university.
Through strategic collaborations with leading corporations and enterprises such as Marriott Internationals Hotel Chains, InterContinental Saigon, Danang & Nha Trang, Rex Hotel Saigon, New World Saigon, Lotte Saigon Hotel, Park Hyatt Saigon, TST Tourist, Vietravel, Canh Cung Group, MultiMedia, UniMedia, students are frequently engaged in field trips, simulation practices, event organization, and professional internships. These experiences significantly expand their career opportunities even before graduation.
According to a survey conducted in June 2025 by Hoa Sen University, the Faculty of Hospitality achieved impressive employment rates: 100% job placement before graduation in Travel & Tourism Management, Hotel Management, and Event Management; and 98% in Restaurant Management. Notably, the rate of employment directly related to the field of study reached 72% (Travel & Tourism), 86% (Event Management), and nearly 50% of graduates in Hotel and Restaurant Management are now working in international or foreign-related enterprises — a clear testament to the outstanding global employability of HSU students.
