The Faculty of Finance and Banking at Hoa Sen University was established to meet this trend, aiming to become a high-quality training unit in business and financial management.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

With three training programs\u2014Finance & Banking, Accounting, and Financial Technology (Fintech)\u2014two of which are accredited by the Accreditation Council for Business Schools and Programs (ACBSP, USA), the Faculty of Finance and Banking focuses on educating students on a solid academic foundation closely linked to real-world business practice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The curriculum is designed according to the standards of leading universities worldwide and is continuously updated to reflect movements in both domestic and global financial markets. Each course combines theoretical knowledge with in-depth practical activities, such as:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    The faculty team is trained in countries with advanced education systems\u2014USA, UK, Australia, France, Japan, New Zealand\u2014and brings extensive practical experience from key positions in banks, auditing firms, securities, and finance. The combination of academic expertise and real-world experience provides students with deep scholarly insights, inspiration, and clear career guidance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Alongside teaching activities, the Faculty of Finance and Banking has established close collaborations with international organizations such as ACCA (UK) and CPA (Australia). Through these strategic partnerships, students not only gain access to internationally recognized competency frameworks but also receive exemptions for 4 out of 13 subjects when taking the ACCA exams, and 5 or 6 out of 12 subjects for the CPA (Australia) certification. This provides Hoa Sen students with a clear competitive advantage when entering both domestic and international labor markets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    According to June 2025 statistics from the Student Career Experience and Corporate Relations Center at Hoa Sen University, 100% of Accounting students secured employment before graduation, with 50% working at international or foreign-affiliated enterprises. For the Finance & Banking program, the employment rate reached 93%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    These figures demonstrate the effectiveness of a practice-oriented training model and affirm the strong professional integration capabilities of Hoa Sen students even while still in the classroom.<\/p>\n\n\n\t\t
