On the morning of March 29, 2022, in Thu Duc City, a training session on “Effective Communication in the Workplace and Personal Image Management on Social Media” was held for employees by the City People’s Committee and Hoa Sen University in collaboration.<\/p>\n\n\n

Mr. Ho\u00e0ng T\u00f9ng – Chairman of the People’s Committee of Thu Duc City and Assoc. Prof. Vo Thi Ngoc Thuy delivered opening remarks at the training session.<\/em><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

During the training session, Mr. Ho\u00e0ng T\u00f9ng stated that the team of officials and employees should not only focus on enhancing their professional skills but also have a need for regular and continuous training and development of soft skills. Through these training sessions, the city’s leadership aims to motivate subordinate units to enhance and refine skills in communication, presentation, personal image management, and more. The objective of these training sessions is not only to improve efficiency in the workplace and build trust but also to provide tools for various aspects of life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Hoa Sen University affirms its commitment to bringing forth the spirit of enlightenment, over 30 years of educational experience, and the credibility from its lecturers and speakers. Assoc. Prof. Vo Thi Ngoc Thuy shared: “As educators, we are delighted to disseminate knowledge, and it is even more honorable when that knowledge is well-received. Through these specialized topics, we hope to help officials recognize the importance of their work, daily lives, and have the opportunity to exchange and further enhance their knowledge contributing to the development of the national economy and society.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Speakers for the specialized topic “Effective Communication in the Workplace and Personal Image Management on Social Media”: Dr. Doan Minh Chau – Director of the Postgraduate Education Institute and Dr. Duong Ngoc Dung – Vice Dean of the Faculty of Social Sciences and Humanities. <\/em><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

In the first topic, speakers shared experiences on effective communication in both professional and personal life. Additionally, officials exchanged ideas on online behavior and personal branding strategies.
