On the morning of October 26, 2023, Associate Professor Dr. Vo Thi Ngoc Thuy, the Principal of Hoa Sen University, shared the topic “Leadership and Digital Transformation Strategy” with over 400 officials, civil servants, and leaders working at various units across Thu Duc City during the second training session as part of the plan “Training on Leadership and Digital Transformation Strategy, Artificial Intelligence (AI), Presentation Skills and PowerPoint Drafting, Crisis Management in Digital Media in the Public Administration Sector for officials, civil servants, and leaders of Thu Duc City in 2023,” coordinated between the People’s Committee of Thu Duc City and Hoa Sen University in 2023.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
