The positive impacts of the Fourth Industrial Revolution have enabled management levels from central to local authorities to apply information technology, online platforms, and digital techniques in directing, operating, and providing information processing efficiently, enhancing management effectiveness, and service quality for citizens and businesses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Fourth Industrial Revolution has gradually changed many aspects of economic management, from vision, thinking, form to mechanisms, policies, and solutions in state management.
