Register and choose an internship unit<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n– Students who are eligible for internships (According to Article 3 in this guide) will contact the Institute of Graduate \u00a0Studies & Leadership for instructions on registration and arrangement of internship facilities in the right direction of research.<\/p>\n\n\n
– Students can actively propose an internship company\/business (internship facility) but must be suitable for the major, field of study and research, approved by the Institute of Postgraduate & Leadership, the internship facility.<\/p><\/p>\n\n\n\n
– After students complete the internship registration:<\/p><\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/span>For students of MAT program:<\/em><\/em><\/strong><\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n- Internship at a workplace (a company that is legal and suitable for the direction of study) or an internship project of Faculty of Hospitality Management at Hoa Sen University<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
<\/span>Article 5. Supervisor the internship situation<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\nDuring the internship, if there is a problem that needs support, students can contact the Instructor and Program Director.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/span>CHAPTER 2 – INTERNSHIP CONTENT OF THE MASTER’S PROGRAM<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<\/span>Article 6. Internship outline<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\nStudents practice according to the school’s outline. The outline must include the following contents:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\n- Internship purpose<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Internship contents<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Internship progress<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Internship assessment<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
<\/span>Article 7. Personal internship project<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n\n- According to the school’s model<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Attach the internship report after completing the internship.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
<\/span>Article 8. Internship process<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n\n- Students must practice according to the outline.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- If for some reason, the outline is impossible or difficult to implement, students must consult the lecturer in charge of the internship to find remedies.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
CHAPTER 3 – STUDENTS’ RESPONSIBILITIES DURING THE INTERNSHIP PROCESS<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\nArticle 9. Internship discipline<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\nDuring the internship, students shall:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\n- Comply with assignment decisions, internship regulations of the University and workplace.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Work as a professional employee.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Under the direction of instructors at the workplace. When the Instructor’s instructions are different from this direction, priority must be given to complying with the workplace’s instructions and notice to the Instructor.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Students are not allowed to arbitrarily change your internship location.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- If for personal reasons, students are unable to complete the internship, they shall notice it in writing to the Institute and the internship workplace.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Propose to the Institute any the quality improvement and effectiveness of internships<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
<\/p><\/p>\n\n\n\n
<\/span>Article 10. Demeanor<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n\n- Always keep a humble, demanding attitude. Internships are not only for professional study but also a good opportunity to practice working in a collective, especially in the field of communication and behavior.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Always be honest in words and actions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Keep solidarity and harmony with other staffs at the internship workplace.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Style, dress is always neat and polite.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
Article 11. Use of facilities<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n\n- Comply with the regulation of the internship workplace on the use of facilities (including computers), not to be arbitrary or wasteful in use.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- If there are any damage of workplace due to student’s irresponsibility, students shall discipline and compensate for the damage.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Prohibit to bring own disk into workplace in order to prevent virus attack working computer. Do not copy workplace’s software intentionally.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
