Training objectives and learning outcomes<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>1.1 Training objectives<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Master of Business Administration program at Hoa Sen University is oriented toward the Applied Master program. The aims are to assist students in completing, updating, and improving their industry and specialized knowledge, strengthening interdisciplinary knowledge, having in-depth knowledge of business administration and applying that knowledge to professional practice, and having the capacity to work independently, think creatively, and identify and resolve corporate governance issues. Additionally, the program provides students with self-study techniques and inspires them to learn for life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>1.2 Learning Outcomes<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Students who complete the Master of Business Administration degree at Hoa Sen University acquire the following competencies:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em><u>&nbsp;Professional capacity<\/u><\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>PLO 1. Applying with professional ethical standards in organizations<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>PLO 9: Developing lifelong learning abilities<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>1.3 Employment opportunity<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The following positions are available to graduates:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Senior management professionals work in state management agencies, non-business divisions, or state administrative agencies and oversee a variety of professional sectors.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Employees working in management or research jobs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Key employees in businesses, firms, and organizations operating both domestically and internationally.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Establish a freelance business.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>University lecturers receive business and management training.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A management and business consultant for businesses;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2. The curriculum duration<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The duration of the curriculum is 18 months (1.5 years). However, depending on the individual circumstances of the student, the time spent studying up until the successful defense of the thesis might last up to 36 months (3 years).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>3. Requisite knowledge<em>:<\/em> <\/strong>60 credits.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a><\/a><strong>4. Enrollment candidate<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Applicants must meet the following prerequisites to be considered for admission to the business administration program at Hoa Sen University:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Graduated from an educational institution recognized by the Ministry of Education and Training majoring in business administration, logistics, public economic management, marketing management, or other fields related to economics.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Candidates with a university degree in a major other than the majors mentioned above must study and take additional exams according to the decision of the Ministry of Education and Training before the school issues an exam report.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Applicants with majors in economics and other majors other than business administration must have at least 2 years of work experience by the time of application. The admissions committee considers the type of graduation to make a decision if seniority is lower.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Have a clear background.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Healthy enough to participate in the study.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Submit all necessary documents on time and completely according to the school&#8217;s instructions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>5. Training process, requirement for graduation<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Training in accordance with the Postgraduate Education Regulation 2075\/QD-\u0110HHS, which the President of Hoa Sen University signed on October 12, 2021.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Graduates with an MBA from Hoa Sen University must fulfill the following criteria:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Completion of the training program and a training program GPA of 5,5 or above overall (out of a possible 10).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Submit the thesis after signing confirmation from the instructor.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>There are remarks from independent reviewers.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In accordance with the regulations on master training issued by the Ministry of Education and Training, the committee&#8217;s chairman and supervisor certify that the thesis has been edited in accordance with the committee&#8217;s conclusion and enclose a copy of the conclusion of the thesis review committee and the reviewers&#8217; comments for training institutions to use as reference materials at libraries and archives.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The Board considers a Thesis score of 5,5 or higher to be satisfactory.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Have a Business Report grade of at least 5,5.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Publicize the full text of the thesis on the University&#8217;s website;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A minimum of 4 out of 6 on the 6-level foreign language competency framework for Vietnam, or an equivalent level, is required to meet the foreign language standards (Appendix I of Regulation 2075\/QD-\u0110HHS).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>6.
