The 7th Hospitality Asia Conference 2024, which was recently held at the Caravelle Saigon Hotel, gathered nearly 400 leading experts in the tourism industry, General Managers, and CEOs from around the world\u2026 Hoa Sen University was honored to have Mr. Nguyen Thien Truong – Director of the Hoa Sen Elite Program as one of the 5 invited guests to share insights on culture and tourism.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

At the forum, Mr. Nguyen Thien Truong shared on the topic “Tourism students in Vietnam need more “cultural touch points” in their learning and internships to have a multi-dimensional perspective in the service and tourism environment”. In the context of an increasingly competitive tourism environment, understanding and respecting local culture is not only an advantage but also a critical factor for the success of tourism students.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Furthermore, he also raised the challenges that the younger generation is facing in the tourism industry, addressing the necessary investment in factors beyond just professional skills and foreign languages.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Hoa Sen University is one of the first universities to focus on the comprehensive development of students through international standards.
