Vacancy\/Positions: IMPORT-EXPORT DEPARTMENT STAFF (LG)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Job description
Work with the Japanese Director of BP and the Vietnamese Department Head + 6 other employees in the department
1) Process management, handling import and export customs procedures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2013 Monitor and check the status of import\/export shipments, make plans to handle Customs procedures. Discuss with Logistics team, relevant departments, Forwarder & customers to make delivery plans. Always monitor closely to ensure delivery schedule.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2013 Manage the company’s import\/export data. Arrange and store import and export documents according to law<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2013 Update regulations and laws of Customs and relevant ministries to ensure compliance with Vietnamese law<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2) Outsourced raw material warehouse management.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2013 Manage import-export transfer data at the warehouse; Communicate with the warehouse lessor and handle problems arising at the warehouse to ensure smooth operations<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2013 Manage IN-OUT-STOCK data at the warehouse, collect & manage arising documents to serve cost payment and related reports.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3) General work<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2013 Implement safety, 5S, and ISO activities of the company<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2013 Other tasks will be assigned and requested by superiors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2013 Detailed information will be discussed during interview.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4) The company has a car to take you when you need to travel for work or part-time jobs<\/p>\n\n\n\n

5) Be provided with a phone, SIM card, laptop\u2026 to work according to regulations<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Job requirements
Request
Required qualifications: University, priority is given to import-export, trade economics, law, finance, accounting.
No foreign language required, but if you speak English or Japanese, the salary will be higher
Compulsory use of office information technology: Powerpoint, excel, word.
Experience: Have over 3 years of relevant hard work experience in both export and import fields in foreign manufacturing and processing companies.
Careful personality, conscious & responsible towards work
Have extensive knowledge of import and export operations
Ability to manage, solve problems, and negotiate with relevant parties

Salary: 15-18 Million
(Salary depends on age and experience, accompanied by Japanese language certificate<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Working hours: administrative from Monday to Friday, off Saturday and Sunday
