Job description
I. JOB DESCRIPTION<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Building the organizational structure of the International Business Department:
    \u2013 Identify target market: suitable for products and customers.
    \u2013 Deploy sales distribution channels: Amazon and other international e-commerce platforms.
    \u2013 Set up operational personnel such as: floor staff, sales, marketing,\u2026
    \u2013 Setup and evaluate the logistics system: Select partners and delivery methods<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Process:
    \u2013 Develop operating procedures for positions in the room
    \u2013 Delivery and control process.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    II. RIGHT<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    \u2013 Income from 30,000,000 – 40,000,000 VND\/month and possibly higher, negotiable based on ability. Income structure: LCB + sales bonus (% of sales of the International Sales Team according to each period and according to the company’s mechanism)
    \u2013 Pay social insurance, take 12 days off\/ 01 year, leave & full holiday\/ Tet bonus
    \u2013 Buy products from the Company and its partners at special preferential prices.
    \u2013 Birthdays, March 8, October 20\u2026 receive the Company’s dress products

    III. REQUEST<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    \u2013 Have ever operated an international sales model: Amazon or other international e-commerce platforms.
    \u2013 Have at least 03 years of experience in the field of International Business in fashion or retail (handbags, shoes, accessories,\u2026) to foreign markets.
    \u2013 Graduated from College or higher with majors in economics, commerce, business and related majors.
    \u2013 Having English skills is an advantage: Proficient in reading, writing and communication
    \u2013 Directly built a global sales system from: Marketing, sales, logistics, \u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n
