Execute administrative tasks<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Making plans &amp; compliance with its deadline (3M). Breaking the monthly sales target down to retailers<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Making reports &#038; compliance with its deadline (3M)\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Breakdown the profit by monthly or whenever changing<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Update call-sheet into sales call system<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Other reports required by line manager<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Execute some paper works to make sure all sales activities to be run smoothly such as:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Propose promotion program and make the report<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Propose Over-sales<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prepare Sales Contract<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Update and report project\/contractor data<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prepare other communication (letter, dialogue\u2026)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Claim expense &amp; Cash advance, \u2026<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Participate actively trainings and any program held by the company.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Work or co-operate with MI independently and do some analysis and\/or forecast about sales, market, competitor\u2026 and then prepare a proposal to line manager<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2. Follow up and implement communication net-working<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Follow up and implement the Internal communication:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Participate in weekly meeting, monthly meeting in sales section<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Actively join cross \u2013 function meeting if any<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Check internal mail and response accordingly<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Share information relating to market, customer, competitor, promotions in place with line-manager and others.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Follow up and implement the External communication\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Keep our customer informed about HVL policy, promotion programs\u2026 in place.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Get any feedbacks from customer about HVL product, service, sales policy\u2026 and report to line manager with respective comments\/solutions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Conduct market intelligence.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Build up a net-work of construction companies (private or state owned) and \/ or other government office relating to our industry.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>3. Follow up marketing channel management<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Propose and conduct build-up of an efficient net-work of distributors in assigned territory.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Co-operate with distributors to implement sales and\/or marketing activities\/programs in the assigned market.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Co-operate with distributors working with their customers such as retailers, contractors, specifies\u2026 to gain some key sales &amp; marketing objectives in respect of sales volume, market coverage, retail chain-efficiency and so on \u2026<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pro-actively manage distributors doing their business in compliance with policies and\/or procedures set by Holcim such as Over-sales, territory assigned management (bombing control), pricing\u2026<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Follow up Master Coverage Plan (MCP) visiting retailers to improve HVL bag intensified distributions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Build up networking with construction companies, contractors, specifiers, board of project management<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Make analysis and give proposals to line manager for distribution management improvement.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>4.Cooperate with cross-functional on daily sales operation<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Co-operate with technical support to give consultancy to end-users or solve complain to customers according to Customer Complain Tracking System (CCTS).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Co-operate with Regional Marketing Supervisor (RMS) to hold workshops (RW, TW, FGM, MS), implement trade marketing promotions to customers and other marketing actives\/events if any.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A long with customer service suggest credit supporting to relevant distributor and manage effectively credit granted to distributor to prevent bad debts from distributors.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>With logistic and production ensure physical distribution flow from HVL plan to end-user runs well at the best cost but high satisfaction from customers.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Other assignments by line managers<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Y\u00eau C\u1ea7u C\u00f4ng Vi\u1ec7c<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>1. Educational Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>B.A Degree<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Selling skill<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Planning skill<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Negotiation skill<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Presentation skill<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sales management<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Technical Knowledge in terms of products and concrete.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Able to use Microsoft Office and PowerPoint.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>English skill approximately level B (or TOEIC 500)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2.
