JOB DESCRIPTION<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

I. Job description<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Issuing documents<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
      \n
    • Contact customers to get details for bill.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Open the file.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Hand over draft documents to OP to prepare for receiving goods at the airport<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Receive the number of kgs from OP issuing orginal hawb\/ mawb<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Transmit data to the airline system (if any)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Send final documents to agent\/customer
      Shipment tracking<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Track shipment stages.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Update the status of each leg for the shipper\/agent<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      1. Resolve arising problems\/incidents<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
          \n
        • Coordinate with OP\/airline customers to resolve issues related to the situation of goods received at origin if damage\/misalignment\/wrong documents are detected.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Coordinate with customers\/ airlines\/ agents to resolve complaints about late\/ damaged\/ missing goods when goods arrive at final destination.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

          1. Close the file\/save the file<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

            • Enter buying rate<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            • Enterprise issuance<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            • Save documents to the system.<\/li>\n\n\n\n

              1. Education, Experience:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

                • Graduated from college or higher majoring in economics, import-export or related fields<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                • Have at least 6 months of experience as an Air Cargo Documentation Officer.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

                  1. Knowledge:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
                      \n
                    • Have knowledge of logistics, incoterms, customs, warehousing, trade\u2026<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

                      1. Skills & Abilities<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
                          \n
                        • Have good soft skills in working with people (communication skills, presentation skills, teamwork,\u2026)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                        • Enthusiastic and dedicated to work; Have high discipline and serious attitude at work<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                        • English 4 skills are good.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
